A warming globe caused by climate change has more extreme weather. Extreme hot, cold, drought, floods.
But according to the IPCC-
'Higher (increasing) minimum temperatures; fewer cold days, frost days, and cold waves over nearly all land areas (very likely)
• Decreased cold-related human morbidity and mortality [4.7]
• Decreased risk of damage to a number of crops, and increased risk to others [4.2]
• Extended range and activity of some pest and disease vectors [4.2 and 4.3]
• Reduced heating energy demand [4.5]

Not greater cold extremes.
Ever heard of turbulence? Such things are termed non linear as we haven't all the equations to solve all the variables!
Jet stream oscillations, like el nino and other recognised psuedo-systems, are only sort of understood!
Like economics... it gets complicated unless you're in the business of feigning and/or demanding certainty!
Business is business and we all know how to place a bet! The economic lie that ripping the kids off is productive cannot live...
SPECIFICALLY: where does it say cold snaps can't happen?
