Mr Greggy also believes that gravity is merely a theory.

He cant delineate between an observable verifiable fact and a theoretical hypothesis used to explain or describe that fact.

There are two main theories in Science pertaining to the observational and measurable fact that objects that have mass, are attracted to one another (ie the gravitational force or gravity) - Newtons theory of gravity and Einstein's theory of General Relativity.

Mr Greggy struggles with the FACT that the earth has been undergoing a human induced warming period over the industrial era. He tosses and turns at night at the simple notion that rising CO2 levels increase the thermal retention rates of the earths atmosphere, surface and oceans. He cannot perceive that a rising global temperature will effect the earths climate going forward.

All of this is directly due to his religious devotion to his priests and temples - his cult worship, his scripture or lack of it.

A man that cannot face the truth, because it unravels his fundamentalist cultist religion in an instant.

So Mr Greggy is left with only one alternative.

(so Einstein's theory of general relativity cant make predictions, just tells us WHY it happens. Newton's theory tells us WHAT WILL happen. . Wrong on both points. In fact Einstein's general theory of relativity pertains to accelerating frames of reference, of which gravity is one of many. Did you notice how Newtonian physics breaks down as speeds increase to close the speed of light? Did you notice how even Einsteins theories breaks down at the singularity point? Perhaps we need another theory to explain what happens in singularities? I hope you understand the difference now and avoid embarrassing yourself in public with your constant dissemination of political and religious lunacy. It's Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation.  Trust me.

Newton's Law predicts the behavior of a dropped object, but it doesn't explain why it happened.
