Incorrect.

If you click on the picture of the book there are several pages available to read. The first 6 pages are there, and then there are many other pages from the rear of the book.

The amazon link gives the whole preface, the introduction, the first 6 pages and the entire appendixes of translation (pages 283 to 412) which has the "office of same sex union" from the 14th century, among others..

Rrrriiggggghtttt, and here we go again. Twas a simple request, all I wanted was to be able to look up the source of the statement that was cited to prove that the Catholic Church conducted same sex marriages.

Not a big ask surely for a debate forum? And now peccerhead is in the laughable position of demonstrating nothing but telling me I should buy a book.

It is ludicrous to insinuate that monastic orders introduced same sex marriages (but not heterosexual marriages) in open ceremonies. Just eyewateringly, arseseepingly ridiculous.

Is your relationship with your best friend sexual? No. Nevertheless, it is a same-sex relationship. Male friendship, female friendship are same-sex relationship but that doesn't mean that they are thereby or therefore sexual relationships.
