I want to see Abbott's naturalisation certificate. He was born in London in 1957. Until we see proof that he has renounced his British citizenship there's grounds to doubt his eligibility to sit in Parliament. Anyone that owes allegiance to a foreign power is not eligible to sit in Parliament under section 44 of the Constitution. I do not actually expect any problems on this score, but you never know.
