And Cherry picking is definitely not choosing 79 of 3,146.
You picked that cherry and that interpretation. Over the years, there have been many surveys of scientific opinion on global warming.

You did note the Full Stop and not a question mark at the end of my text? I was merely making an observation. Are you paranoid?

Chimp Logic, It has been warming since the LIA. Historical data goes back to the 1850's, with and without anomaly adjustments.

Edit: BTW a new article by Trenberth and Fasullo (2013). They generally in their graphs use data to 2012. The NOOA mean temperatures anomalies graph (Fig 4) appears to use data up to 2008. Although the graph legend says 2009. but the graph doesn't extend to the 2009 timeline. Why not use the available data up to 2012? Just a question.

Lee, you are wrong, and have been conned. I won't be posting on here much, as I've started with the "evil" LNG industry in a fairly pivotal role.

Despite that, I won't suddenly forget basic atmospheric physics. At least methane has a lower carbon footprint than oil or coal.

I'll drop in from time to time.

By way of which denialist blog? Clearly, you don't understand enough to come up with your skewed interpretations yourself.

I don't buy AGW for epistemological reasons.

"The existence of disagreement between climate model predictions and observations doesn’t provide any insight in itself to why the disagreement exists, i.e. which aspect(s) of the model are inadequate, owing to the epistemic opacity of knowledge codified in complex models."
Judith Curry

The "epistemic opacity of knowledge codified in complex models" - beautifully put.

Once again shooting the messenger.  Cheesy

Muso - The 'evil ' oil? Surely you jest?

Look at who helped fund the AGU Fall meeting.

ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, Schlumberger.

Paraphrased - "I don't understand it, so it must be wrong."

Judith likes to play at being a denialist because she meets so many interesting people.
