This is getting ridiculous.
The danger signs inherent in this are only apparent to those who have an awareness of what constitutes free speech, and what represents a violation of it. In this instance (something easily overlooked) is that the bikers were literally only 'speaking'.

FIVE arrested Rebels bikies face up to six months mandatory jail for meeting up at the Yandina Pub.
Mandatory sentencing for a specific crime that is a product of legislation enacted to expediate the process of government. Next step legislate the conviction process so that a courtroom trial is unnecessary (on the spot convictions).
Quote:The men have been charged under the new anti-bikie legislation relating to three or more members together in a public place and are due to face Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Police have confirmed they were not in colours but would not confirm reports some of them were father and son.
Police will allege they were spotted together in early November in the public bar section of the hotel but would not say if they were having a drink or eating a meal.
Tip-offs from the public led to an investigation and today's arrest.
Aussie, being the vindictive squealing type, would have jammed the police switchboards reporting this violation of QLD's anti-free-speech laws.
Quote:Detective Inspector Dave Drinnen told media the men - aged between 30 and 56 - were regular customers of the pub on the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Det Insp Drinnen said the alleged gang members were not causing trouble at the pub but were being charged for associating with one another as members of a criminal motorcycle gang.
They were arrested this morning after five warrants were issued at five separate properties as part of Taskforce Maxima.
Det Inspector Drinnen said the group included senior members of the Rebels bikie gang and participants.
"At this point we will allege there are a number of declared criminal motorcycle gang members who have associated together knowingly in a public place and committed an offence in regard to the legislation," he said.
"While the legislation exists, we will be enforcing that legislation, while they continue to commit offences then they will be prosecuted in relation to that."
He said the Rebels were still active despite closing down their clubhouse.
"We've certainly got nothing to indicate their unlawful activity has ceased, we will continue to investigate those matters where they continue to commit crime and break the law.
"While they continue to break the law we'll take affirmative action in relation to that and we'll be putting them before the court."
Commander Detective Superintendent Mick Niland from Taskforce Maxima said he believed the community supported the action police were taking.
You bet they support it. If there is one thing an Aussie won't tolerate it is freedom. How dare the bikers distinguish themselves by wearing uniforms and associating with each other, to speak freely.
Quote:"This sends a clear message to criminal motorcycle gang participants that police will take action on every occasion where we have evidence of offences under the new legislation or existing legislation, the Queensland Police Service will take action.
The real message is that we are putting the jackboots that were issued by Joh, back on.
Quote:"It's our mission within Taskforce Maxima to disrupt, dismantle and eliminate criminal motor cycle gang participants from Queensland.
Their mission will be to follow the rules of nature that say societies fall can be broken by fascistic government. And that a special task-force is necessary to implement these laws and orders. And eventually a permanent squad with its own distinct black uniform and peaked cap will be needed to instill the fear necessary to maintain that law and order, at minimal expense.
Quote:"Therefore we will take very opportunity to fulfil that mission."
He said Crimestoppers had received 500 calls relating to CMGs since the new laws came into effect.
Detective Superintendent Niland said police would be extending the VLAD laws to take enforcement action against any crime gang - not just CMGs.
An ominous warning if ever there was one. Your ideology might be next on our list, is what he is saying.
