In a nutshell - if people are insulting you, ignore them ("turn away"/"do not sit with them").

The two verses sited *DO NOT* say to gag them/close them down/actively prevent them from insulting you in any way.

What have you called for: "please close the Islam forum" - or in other words "Please shut down any criticism of islam". If you were obeying the Quranic commands that you just quoted, you would simply walk away from, and ignore, anything you find insulting about your religion - not demand that the insults cease.

Quranic prescriptions for dialogue between muslims and non-muslims:

You've had it explained to you many times. Mohammed's decision to behead those PoWs was not unique, it was the norm in warfare until quite recently to massacre prisoners.
