Hawking Gets It Wrong

Wrong about this. What else could he be wrong about?

Francois Englert and Peter Higgs awarded $1.25 million Nobel Prize in Physics for 'God particle' theory

Physicists Francois Englert of Belgium and Peter Higgs of Britain have won the 2013 Nobel Prize in physics for predicting the existence of the Higgs boson particle.

Englert and Higgs theorised about the existence of the particle in the 1960s to provide an answer to a riddle; why does matter have mass?
Their theories were confirmed last year by the discovery of the Higgs particle at a laboratory in Geneva...

...Stephen Hawking previously bet $100 (£64) that the Higgs boson would never be found...

Stephen Hawkings is nothing more than just another Media side-show like Biden, Albanese and Truss thrown at us.
Just like Pope John Paul II, Diana Spencer, Obama and more.

His 'Hawking Radiation' on Black Holes is completely absurd and well, just plain retarded. Physicists have recently concluded that Hawking really didn't prove anything - scientifically. Most was wrong. But hey, as long as he was Media-popular, well...

Personally, I think any Scientist or Physicist that delves too deeply into such things as Black Holes, Dark Matter, Voids and Dark Energy - kinda turn into Sith and other evil things like Narzguls.

It's part of the scientific method. Also the words "prove" and "proof" are used in mathematics, not science. You're all a bit confused. It's just politicians and internet trolls (who don't have a clue about science) who claim that they are always right.
