Why didn't you post the graph that "opinion" was based on?

Showing very clearly, that arctic ice extent in 2013, like the 6 years previous - was well below the 1979-2006 average.

Makes the Daily Mail columnist's claim of "no warming in 15 years" seem pretty silly, doesn't it

No, you can't say the same about science at all.

The science of AGW is supported by decades of accumulated empirical data recorded in the scientific literature.

All the deniers seem to have is a column from a tabloid journalist from Daily Mail claiming that there has been "no warming for 15 years", and endless repetition of that nonsense by shock jocks.
