Racial profiling by members of the police force is endemic,
And that's because it has long since been found to be a successful strategy for the same reason that triage in hospital emergency is a successful strategy.
Negroes in Australia's major cities.
1. The long-term unemployed.
2. A culture of hanging around in public places as idle young men with a shortage of income.
3. As a racial minority they are quickly able to tap into a perceived Victimhood status with the perception that mainstream white society is their 'oppressors' ~ who are therefore 'fair game' for robbery.
4. I've heard police on Talkback radio saying that a lot of these Negroes have absolutely no respect for the authority of the police.
One can guess that this means a little extra 'manhandling' is necessary when arresting them, or asking them to blow into an alcohol and drugs detection meter. This extra manhandling is then reinterpreted as 'racism' by their
pro bono defence lawyers.

Evidence to be submitted to the inquiry suggests young men of African descent are told by police "f--- you", "I will kill you" and "your Koran is 's---'."
That's not 'evidence' ~ that's hearsay.
It's not professional behaviour, but this attitude from the police is because of the extra difficulty these Negroes present to the officers.
They get frustrated by the lack of cooperation from these Negroes.

One African man told staff at the young people's legal right's centre, Youthlaw, "they see that you're black, and they come straight for you".
And so they should.
Idle young men are apt to fall into criminal ways.
What's the unemployment rate among Australia's Negro community? 80% ~ 90% ?
Does this signal an increased likelihood of criminal behaviour from amongst these people? It's a no-brainer.

The action was initiated by six African men who claimed they were subject to racial profiling by police.
Were they found to be guilty or innocent as a result of the police 'profiling' them? We're not told this, are we.
And fair dinkum, cobbers ~ 6 idle, long-term unemployed fit-and-young Negroes hanging around the shopping mall, or in Car Parks, or on street corners, does not exactly inspire confidence in the ordinary person going about his business.

Evidence provided to the inquiry by Youthlaw suggests young men are picked up by police for no reason and then dumped some distance away.
Damn good idea.
Remove them from gathering as an idle gang in the shopping malls, car parks, and street corners ~ and transport them to a bushland area where they won't have an opportunity to intimidate people and get into mischief.
Have you got teenage daughters, True Colours? Do you want them to be the focus of attention of six long-term unemployed Muslim Negroes hanging around the shopping mall?

Many are physically assaulted, the African Communities Foundation Australia will tell the inquiry.
Nonsense.
Many are forced to be ...
physically restrained because they don't submit to the officers' instructions.

One man reported he was stopped by police officers five times in 20 minutes for no reason, and another that he had been questioned 200 times in recent years.
"... for no reason" ~ my arse.
It's encouraging to know that our valiant officers are out there dealing with problems
before they become problems for the ordinary citizen.
Personally I would have repeat-offenders exiled to Papua New Guinea to help with PNG's new Multicultural policy for its lucky citizens.

The Flemington and Kensington Community Legal Centre will provide evidence going back to 2005 of innocent young people being punched and kneed by officers, beaten with torches or batons, grabbed around the neck, pushed and having their teeth knocked out.
And that's because they were violently resisting the officers in the performance of their duties. When you're told to "STOP!" by a police officer ~ you stop. It's really very basic. You don't get hit or punched, etc. Show a little respect, and the officers will extend you the same courtesy. It's a no-brainer.

Three-quarters of these complaints were from people of African descent..
That's not surprising since the long-term unemployment rate among these young-fit-and-health Negroes is around 80%.

This group comprises only 4 per cent of the local population..
Sydney's Muslim population is less than 2% ~ and yet they make the news for all the wrong reasons, 365 days of the year.
Thanks for letting us know the police are doing a fine job out there making sure we can all sleep safely in our beds at night.
PS. Incidentally, True Colours, could you please start thinking for yourself. I'm becoming tired of doing your thinking for you.
Thank you.
Have a Nice Day.
