After keeping Saddam in charge all those years.

Shurely shome mishtake, eh?

Absolutely.

Saddam knew the Muslim Arab mentality better than any Western politician, and was totally aware of the fact that Muslims don't have the emotional maturity to accept defeat under a democratic voting system. (Loss-of-face translates as loss-of-manhood to the Arab mindset).

Saddam was not only the correct person to keep the country out of civil war, but he also knew that the mentality of his Muslim countrymen deserved a kick-ass dictator to keep these rock apes from going feral in the streets.

Right on, brother. That's what all us Saddam-appeasers were saying for years.

Pity Bush, Blair and Howard had their own agenda, eh?

Wrong.

The US acted upon shaky information, and the UK and OZ had to follow along because of Britain's war time debt to the yanks, and Australia's position as a client to US protection should we get invaded.

And it had zero to do with petrol reserves, fer crissake.

If the US was so wrong, then why was the UN on the point of granting permission for the invasion?

So what was their agenda, perhaps it was enforcement of the United Nations security council resolutions on Iraq regarding the inspections and destruction of the WMD programs after the war when Saddam invaded and looted Kuwait?

Could the USA have been upset they were the ones paying for and enforcing the No Fly Zones in the North to protect the Kurds and in the south to protect the shia, how long was the USA expected to enforce these No Fly zones to protect Iraqis from their leader, do the leftists think we should have kept permanent No Fly zones in Iraq to protect Iraqis from the belligerent Saddam?

Saddam ignored UNSC resolutions regarding disarming,if he complied the dim wittted retards might have a case.
Quote:
Conclusion-
As evident from the report ,Iraq did not provide full cooperation it promised.

Finally in light of this experience, that is, the absence of full cooperation by Iraq, it must regrettably be recorded against that the commission is not able to conduct the substantive disarmament work mandated to it by the security council
Source-www.un.org/Depts/unscom/s98-1172.htm

So what is the date of that report and when did we go into Iraq?

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

Because Britain and the US were bribing SC members to vote for them. In any case, they were never "on the point" of granting permission - since France made it clear from the start they would veto any SC resolution.

So it was all a matter of bribery?

And France's 10% Muslim demographic voting bloc had nothing to do with their decision .. ?

Dear o dear o dear ....

And let's not forget that it was France who sold Argentina Exocet missiles that were smuggled in through 'French' Canada at the time of the Falklands War.

I'm not sure what you're talking about here, Herbie. The UN wanted to continue weapons inspections.

I'm also not sure what you mean by petrol reserves. It's not like Iraq had the second largest oil reserve at the time.

Who knows? Maybe we invaded over wheat contracts.

Anyway, let's move on. We've discussed this subject ad nauseum.

Give me a break. Every second conspiracy theorist was saying the US invasion's secret agenda was to dictate the price of Iraqi oil.

I've been lurking at D&R.

It's suffocating at D&R. Very claustrophobic. So incestuous I'm surprised you can't all play banjos by now. You need new blood over there.

No.

He rested on the Seventh Day, and that's when He wasn't there to stop Adam accepting the apple from Eve.

It's been a sh*t-storm ever since then.

So, did you follow the instructions and solve the CAPTCHA?

If you had, you would have been able to reset your password, Herbie.

As I've advised you many times, don't use a password autologin program, type it in manually when you attempt to log in and if it doesn't work after two goes, give it a rest for an hour and try again (although if you fail after two goes, I'd suggest the problem lies between screen and keyboard).  If you try three times and it fails, you get locked out and you'll have to reset it again.

My impression was that occurred a considerable time after he had created Adam and Eve which was well after he'd created the Universe and everything in it.

Yep ... The Usual Suspects once again.

It's men from Third World societies not understanding that Western liberalism is NOT an invitation to rape white girls wearing attractive clothing.
