Some seriously confected nonsense from the BoM. See

website for a clinical deconstruction of this latest piece of propaganda.

Heh!  Good idea!  What would those scientists at the BOM know?
Let's ask a children's television presenter instead!

Have you read The Wiggles last paper on the subject?  It is marvellous.
And Humphry B Bear's "Global Warming and the Trouserless Ursine" is wonderful.

I am sure you will be quoting them soon for us.

well as usual, rabbit-hole is down the rabbit hole imagining a world where no one disagrees with him. UNfortunately the people who disagree with you include the MET, NASA and IPCC who all state - as have most scientists - that there has been a pause in global temperatures for 17 years'

get over it. you have been comprehensively OWNED!

the 'denialists' are now officially those that deny 'The Warming Pause'. These are the people and posters who, despite irrefutable evidence and the admission of climatology's top scientific bodies, still claim that this warming pause has not happened. And going even better, they even claim that the admissions that it haas happened, DIDNT HAPPEN!  in truly bizarre style, they say that the things in black and white dont actually exist.

If it were SOB, you'd understand it, but no, it is people who used to actaully posses a brain.

and you adelcrow are on the 'once had a brain' list.

17 years ago, 1998 was an extremely hot El Niņo fuelled year. It was infact the hottest year on record. Today, it's the new norm. Just wait till the next El Niņo. Amongst climate scientists, only a handful of mavericks aren't convinced the long term trend won't continue.

You are going to be waiting a while. The real driver of climate is taking a breather.

Solar Cycle 24 will be 17 years long and the longest solar cycle for 300 years

On one hand we have the worlds most respected business people, scientists and political leaders and on the other we have an old shock jock whos main claims to fame are being sprung giving an old bloke a reach around in a London public toilet and starting race riots in Cronulla.
The denialists can bow down to Alan Jones while the rest of the world gets down to fixing climate change.

There is of course the argument that we should wait until India and China move on carbon pollution but we are talking about two countries that pour raw sewerage down their open drains, dump  billions of tonnes of toxic waste into their waterways, land and airspace and use the greater part of their populations as bonded slave labour.
Are this the examples the denialists are putting up as ideals?

Not at all, I particularly look at the content and quality of the "science" and also what these "respected" people say to each other. http://foia2011.org/
Al Gore's Inconvenient untruths as ruled by the courts in the UK...etc, etc, etc.

Interesting.

How, exactly, do you intend to fix climate change?

Care to expand on your "grand kids" comment?

What exactly are you implying?

Lets say your 100% correct...what do you think we get to keep our reduced emissions atmosphere. It may have escaped your notice but the atmosphere is global. Even if we reduce to zero you do the calculations...
