The Libs are nowhere near centre. This is how it goes:

Labor - centre, formerly centre-left.
Liberal - right, formerly centre-right.
Nationals - far-right, formerly right.
Greens - centre-left, formerly left.

Everyone's gone up one, away from the left.

Bob Menzies policies would be considered extreme left by the conga line here.



Menzies and Fraser were probably both politically to the Left of the current Labor party.
