I say Onya Warnie! If you're black or a woman, you can get away with anything.
White male caucasian = Unrealistic PC morality

The penalty was as expected, but in reality, they should be paying Warnie some more for the new hearts that he has brought to the game.

I hope a few kids caught a glimpse of what it means to stand up for what is right and what it takes to be a champion like Warnie.

Yes a hero.

If he hadn't have stood up to the blatant BS, then the public (me included) would be none the wiser.

He's our Warnie  Smiley

Warnie lets himself down when he resorts to petty abuse and juvinile actions like tossing the ball at Samuels.....WTF Samuels was doing trying to stop Hussey from taking another run has still not been answered???

Huh Huh Huh

Yeah, Samuels should not have interfered with D Huss that’s for sure.

He might cop a fine and suspension as well……when his head ache goes away....ooowch.

Warne going off at the umpire was pretty bad as well.

He was only suspended for one match so he'll be available for all forms of cricket.

Our current boring test cricketers could learn a lot from his fire, skill and willingness to put his head on the line for what he thinks is right.

Like winning test series and world cups single handedly?
None of our current crop of pin dicks could do that.

Oh a dam spelling mistake!! What an awesome pick up man, kudos for you. Cool

So Warnie won series and world cups single handedly, wow, who knew. Roll Eyes

I remember H Gibbs from Sth Africa winning us at least one World Cup.

But cricket’s a team game so it’s a dud comment anyway. Smiley

Well bully for Gibbs. Warnie has been a proven match winner for us too over the years.
And btw, you can have Tony Greig back now...not that he ever left you.

Gibbs dropped Steve Waugh in the World Cup and Headingly in 1999 – Waugh told him “You’ve just dropped the world cup”

Sorry I thought you knew something about the topic.

As for you comment about Tony Grieg, the man was at the forefront of the expansion of modern cricket, your comment lacks class.

Dismissed…………..

I agree, it was a trifle rough, but he was a character that we loved to hate.
He made a fortune from this country, brought along with him heaps of terrible accents and always barracked against the aussies. I'll miss hating him.
