the trouble is that the highlighted bit is atually not true at all. If you read the full details it says that the preidctions are accurate once 'natural variability' and 'unexpected events' were taken into account. Roughly translated, they took out all the bits that made the prediction woefully wrong so that it is now 'right'.

you forget that this is the LIBERAL party when individual thought and opinion are not only permistted but encouraged. the ALP however has its policies and positions emailed to them by unelected faction and union leaders.

Because until Abbott shows leadership on this issue the majority of us who accept the dangers of AGW shouldn't trust the Libs to take appropriate action. This issues goes to the core of Abbott's fitness to hold the position of Prime Minister.

'fitness' to be PM isnt decided by you or by any group. it is decided by the majority of voters. It is the arrogance of ACC-hysterics liek you that annoys so many people that you even seem to beleive that democractic principles shoudl be subverted all to deal with a problem that we cant even agree on even exists.
