Keep the flat earthers in opposition.

http://www.smh.com.au/environment/climate-change/sceptics-cool-on-climate-studie...

In the face of a recent study which shows warming has been entirely consistent with 1990 scientific forecasts, those influential in elevating Abbott to the Leader of the Opposition still have their collective head planted firmly in the sand.

With the world entering a new resource paradigm we can not afford to have the troglodytes in power.

Quote:
''It is an indulgent and irrelevant debate because, even if climate change turns out to exist one day, we will have absolutely no impact on it whatsoever … we really should have bigger fish to fry than this one,'' Senator Joyce said.

I didn't say anyone was denying climate change. However, I do note there are many within the ranks of the opposition that deny anthropogenic global warming. Some even question whether the planet is warming at all.

Although here is Barnaby doing a good job sounding like he is denying climate change.

hey I didnt say anything ..... I am just saying people can say and think what they like.. if you do not believe that scientists make mistakes... and then come back 20 years hence and say Oh BTW we got it all wrong.... then I feel for you,..

I would like to have a bet with you that that is exactly what will happen 20 years from now.. but I dont expect to be around then..

scientists do get it wrong matey they do... the climate changes I believe every day...

yeahhhhhhh thats what i think and I think it has been so since time began...it didnt start happening since the industrial revolution...its been there for millions of years..

we suddenly think humans are so clever and important we can change the climate...hummmmmmmmmmmmmm... no I dont think so.

yes the ice caps are melting... and yes they have done so before...guess what scientists told us that..

Why  !!!    Wink Wink

Because until Abbott shows leadership on this issue the majority of us who accept the dangers of AGW shouldn't trust the Libs to take appropriate action. This issues goes to the core of Abbott's fitness to hold the position of Prime Minister.

lol consistent with what again. With nothing.

Here is your IPCC falling apart

IPCC AR5 draft leaked, contains game-changing admission of enhanced solar forcing – as well as a lack of warming to match model projections, and reversal on ‘extreme weather’

As well as another reviewer has come out to state they are not satisfied with the non-inclusion of a paper that shows water vapour has not increased while CO2 has.

http://wattsupwiththat.com/2012/12/13/ipcc-ar5-draft-leaked-contains-game-changi...

Dont keep the flat earthers in power. Gang-green are too stupid to know when they are being lead down the dummies path.

Seems this thread is a load of BS according to IPCC

addition to my link above

UPDATE6: 12PM PST 12/14/12 The real bombshell of the report is now evident, a lack of warming to match model projections, see it here
http://wattsupwiththat.com/2012/12/14/the-real-ipcc-ar5-draft-bombshell-plus-a-p...

UPDATE7: 12:30PM PST 12/14/12 Prof. Roger Pielke Jr. Analysis of UN IPCC Draft report : IPCC ‘shows almost complete reversal from AR4 on trends in drought, hurricanes, floods’

UPDATE8: 5PM PST 12/14/12 Another IPCC reviewer speaks out, this time about water vapor trends – actual data and IPCC contradict each other.
