Spell Check Problem?
Dec 10th, 2012 at 12:45pm

FD,
Just to let you know, there seems to be a problem with the "Spell Check" facility, at least for me, although I would assume it may be a system fault.

When hitting the Spell Check button, it comes up with the error message -
"An error was encountered on the server. Please try again later."

Cheers!

Thanks, I'll check it out.

FYI, firefox has a good inbuilt spellcheck, MS Word style.

I use spellcheck cods, but it just happens. It could be another program that checks the spelling........don't know. Someone is sure to set us straight....maybe.

Do you see the red squiggly line under a word that is spelt wrong? when you're typing.....like spelt should read spelled ha!

I don't use it.

But I do proof-read my posts for spelling/grammar before hitting 'Post'.

I'm not a 'spelling Nazi' and am far harder on myself than I am on others.

So long as their posts can be understood, that's good enough for me.

It probably has a built in spellcheck also. What you described sounds just like firefox's.
