Did you miss (or elect to not read) the views of the Climate Scientist at the World Institute that I posted below that shows China will increase its levels of pollution by 50% of what it is now by 2030 and that if they do this, the rest of the world will not be able to prevent catastrophic climate change no matter what they do?

Do you actually give a sh*t about what they plan to do?

You and those figures are assuming China will do nothing about their emissions..
Im assuming they will..even if its only because Chinas cities will become unlivable if they pour that much pollution into their own airspace.

Assuming based on what exactly?
The goodwill of the Chinese?

If I recall rightly Ms Gillard on selling her carbon tax policy reversal said China would see Australia and copy their lead.

Earlier this year, the People's Republic instructed its airlines to ignore the EU fine on not having a carbon tax and not paid it. China then threatened the EU on this issue.

Yeah, they are very likely to follow the lead - they have such an awesome track record of listening to the world.

Try and find any record of their Tianamen Square massacre in their history books....

Lets all assume. How about you assume because the science is not proven, that we assume all is ok because we can assume China will do something about their emmissions.

You cannot be serious with all the AGW chanting you go on with.

You can come up with as much BS as you like. The earth has not warmed for 16 years.

there you go ... progs has admitted that no matter what the proof, s/hes to stupid to consider it because s/he's already made up her/his mind.

The earth has not warmed for 16 years. That is not making up my mind, that is the earth not warming for 16 years.

Thats good enough for me..time to convert my solar roof system to coal fired  Cheesy

yEH: the physics involved of asking why we all can't use small scale coal is an interesting, and very useful, example of the role of hypothetical in scientific method!

Wind requires a price of more than $110 per megawatt hour to be economically viable and small-scale systems at least twice that. Coal-generated electricity costs $35-$40 per megawatt hour.

How's that for costly???
