What do you blokes reckon a group leader at a child care centre earns, they look after about 10 2-3yr olds a day, change 30 crappy nappies a day and have the most insanely ridiculous amounts of paper work to complete.

Bear in mind a Kindergarten teacher earns about 55K gets 12 weeks leave and a further 4 weeks of accrueable annual leave.

All teachers get paid well below the salaries of other professions on top of putting up with whiney parents and dimwitted children that dont want to be there..
I cant see why anyone would do it.

Yes everything Gillard does is implementing the plan of the elites...transferring funding into their hands and robbing ordinary Australians of their share.   Smiley Smiley

You can not be upset by $1.4 Billion of money well spent when you are supporting Abbnott's $70 Billion unfunded black hole of promises largely amounting to wasted spending.

Look at his carbon solution, a plan to remove the fixed carbon price but keep the compensation in place which it pays for and then implement a more expensive system which will do less all out of our tax dollars.

Where's the black hole you continually refer to? What about Swan's measly $1.5bn phony surplus? How will he keep his "promise" (hahaha) to deliver a surplus with Gillard using Swan's credit card like a divorced wife? Despite all that, what's $70bn compared to a debt well in excess of $250bn? It took Howard and Costello more than a decade to pay off Keatings' $96m debt. How long will it take to pay off Rudd/Gillard & Swan's debt? Fifty years?

they would do it as a vocation more than JUST for money. $$$ dont fix everything.
but they need the politicians and bureaucrats to offer them support and help where THEY want it,
not regulate judge and BLAME them for things like the naplan when obviously a teacher in darwin will do more poorly than a teacher intoorak , despite miss gillards publishing their results on some follish website
