So what your implying is the Christian lobby can say what they like but the pm must attend their conference whether she wants to or not.
Doesn't that constitute a denial of freedom of association?
Her free will to choose who she speaks to or what she attends seems to be forgotten, I look forward to the next time tony is forced to speak at the lesbian transsexual and gay lobbies next function.
hahahaha... trouble is smithy she is the PM..PRIME MINISTER OF ALL AUSTRALIANS>
white black brown all religions.. come what may
the same will apply to Tony.Obama or Cameron..
who they insult in private is their business of course...but as PM they should at least show some good manners.
we all hate crawling dont we... well its the same with showing their ignorance..
So the pm must speak at every conference he/she is asked to attend?
As I said will you demand tony speak at the next white power conference if invited or will you suddenly defend his right to refuse.
I'm also interested in the good manners comment, she has declined to speak which I'm sure was conveyed in a congenial way(do you have evidence it wasn't ) leaving the conference enough time to organize a replacement.
Wouldn't it be ironic if they asked Abbott

Yes especially when it is a representative of a group supposed to believe in tolerance, forgiveness and the other platitudes "Christians" use to describe their belief
