It's just that I've just read this article saying how cool and awesome he is. Surely they're not talking about the same submissive, hen-pecked beta puppet Barack Obama I'm thinking of?

The confusion arose over the word 'polcies' - plural.

I know he has one policy - make people dependent on the state by offering gibsmedats - But I was unaware of a second policy? What is it?
