Abu how did the pagans defile it?

Was this before or after Muhammed declared it a sacred site?

After the time of Ibrahim & Isma'eel (peace be upon them), the Arabs slowly declined into paganism, and began to defile the house their ancestors once used as a place of worship for the one true God.

This was thousands of years before Muhammad's (pbuh) time.

Abu you are quoting fairy stories as it were truth. Abraham and his son were never in Mecca. His son never found water in the desert. This because they never existed.

On the http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/ website you will find this article, 2012.08.31 (Peshawar, Pakistan) - A dozen Pakistanis are torn to shreds by a Taliban bomb near a mosque it has no active links. A little search and you will find out it is true.

http://gulftoday.ae/portal/80854899-6636-491a-b922-7f9be855717e.aspx

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/asia/2012/08/2012831144931172993.html

In a paper published by the UK Government it stated that 45% of adult Muslim males did not work. Makes you think does it not?

Ok, let's examine it...

One of the first lines in both of the articles you linked to clearly states: "No one has claimed responsibility".

Yet your propaganda site is claiming who did it, what their ideology and motivation were and making all sorts of accusations against Islam over it.

Thanks for playing.

Did Muhammed put a stop to it, or had it already stopped when he rocked up?

Yes, when Shites and Sunnis blow up each other's mosques, it is always a bit of a mystery what really happened.

Yes lets examine it.

Pakistan is 95 to 98% Muslim!

The two links I quoted to you are of Muslim origin. Are you saying all Muslims are liars, or just the majority are.

Falah is a liar do you not agree?

I have No propaganda to adhere to, no dogma no bullshit.

Are you one of the 45% of all Muslim males who are unemployed?

Yes lets... you bring a site claiming all sorts of things about Muslims and Islam, yet any source we goto, says you're full of it. You are a liar and you hide behind the lies of others, Islam... the truth... exposes your lies.

As America is 98% non-Muslims, I guess that must mean non-Muslims carried out 9/11... great reasoning there half wit.

No they're not.

And regardless, they contradict your propaganda... just admit you've been exposed for the dishonest turd you are.

I am having a bit of trouble making sense of this Abu. Are you saying that the Arabs of Mecca were all Jewish Muslims in the time of the biblical Abraham, then slowly reverted to paganism, until Muhammed turned up and eradicated paganism from the Arabian peninsula?

How were they defiling the Kaaba when Muhammed turned up?

You have trouble with the most trivial of issues fd, so I'm not the least bit surprised.

I don't recall stating anything about Judaism, nor about "all Arabs". There are 2 main branches of the ancient Arabs, one of them is descended from Abraham (pbuh), yes, through Ishmael (pbuh). They were monotheists during the time of Abraham (pbuh), yes, but slowly devolved into polytheists.

By filling it with idols and practising pagan rituals.

So they were monotheistic descendents of Abraham in the pre-Christian, pre-Islamic era, but not Jews? What exactly were they?

Is Adam's post a reasonable description of what went on there?

Quote:
I have read of the sexual connections regarding the Kaaba ritual where the participants fall about copulating with all and sundry during certain phases of the moon.

Did the Arabs ever revert back to this at the Kaaba after Muhammed's time?

Right... Do you find that surprising? Jew refers to Yehudi, descendant of Yehudah, who was a great grandson of Abraham in one specific line of descendants. He had many other lines of descendants that were not Yehudi. And they never began calling themselves Yehudi until thousands of years after the time of Yehudah anyway.

I don't know who Adam is, and I also don't know much about pre-Islamic Arabia.... is any of this relevant to our discussion anyway? Or is just another of your warped diversions that you think will randomly produce something of value for your arguments against Islam?

I don't think so... again, not really seeing the relevance.

My thoughts are that anyone who'd believe this absolute nonsense would have to be a complete half wit.

You must have doubts though as the Kaaba is of pagan origin is it not Abu?
I have read of the sexual connections regarding the Kaaba ritual where the participants fall about copulating with all and sundry during certain phases of the moon. It is obviously an import, so why do so many people of the muslim cult believe it is a "muslim" truth.

Islam is fairly deliberate in this, is it not? It decreed that paganism be completely eradicated from the Arabian penisula?

No-one is really arguing the hindu temple thing any more, but the idea that Islam's most sacred shrine is an old pagan orgy site is interesting.

I am trying to figure out the time line. You initially implied that it was only used that way thousands of years before Muhammed, but it looks more like Muhammed took over an active pagan holy site. Did he share the site with the pagans for any period, or did it ever revert back to pagan use?

I think I've already mentioned that it is not of pagan origin, it was founded by Abraham (pbuh), a staunch monotheist.

*shrug*, Muslim historians did write detailed histories about it, it just doesn't interest me a great deal.

That's how most of your arguments go isn't it? Wild, untruthful, ridiculous slanders, which you then think you can "distil" an argument out of.

More examples of that wild imagination of yours. I stated nothing remotely like this. You're on crack, I'm sure of it.

Anyway, I only said you implied it, hence the request for clarification.

Is there any evidence for this, other than what Muhammed declared?

I did not suggest the Hindu thing Abu, but the pagan orgy thing seems genuine. Are you suggesting it is a bad thing if people get closer to the truth about Islam by discussing the various accusations floating around with actual Muslims?
