where the resident Aussies (not many of them left there) have been fighting off the most reprehensible attacks by Right-wing American posters. They have been shouting that "Asssange is a rapist!" etc...etc... whereas, in reality they don't give a crap about the Swedish female accusers...they just want a chance to get Assange extradited to a US star chamber.

Yeah in my forum theres an american dude going on about it too. Also a yank friend online wont discuss it because she says we will fight. Its weird they have this militant weird view on it. Not like the aussies here - more like - well i think their media is portraying it differently.
