I think that Arab states' attitudes towards Israel are not in dispute here.

Attitudes towards Iran have changed over the last 5 years or so. A friend in Egypt for example said that they didn't want the country to become like Iran. Let's see if I can find links though. Here's one:

We don't like them too. But the Arab World hates Iran. Interesting too that most of the Arab countries do not like the Kuwaitis because of caste issues. This is why in 1990 they did not raise much problem with Iraq first of all, because little sympathy exist for Kuwait too.
