Is Hooper still going? We need someone to pin our hopes on.

As far as carrying the aboriginal flag, it's no big deal to me, however, I think that it would be better kept out of the international arena purely because of the political message that it may convey.

The aim of keeping sport and politics separate at the olympics may not have been entirely successful over the years, but at least it's an idealism to aspire to.

Flags are there to represent nations, and like it or lump it, persons of any heritage compete at the olympics under one flag only.
