I didn't pick up on that, but then, I wasn't really looking. I did see Mundine supporting him, so I guess being associated with him could count as ridicule.

Fair enough though. He's representing Australia, not Aboriginalia. Any ridicule he got would pale into insignificance compared to what would be served up if a white australian athlete went in wearing a 'white power' t shirt.

Comparing the the aboriginal flag to a white power shirt is laughable, if anything that is what the Australian flag represents when it suppresses the Aboriginal one.

Well for the majority of people and its followers its what I said.
Sure but at least they have a good reason.. Pride doesn't mean that the majority want to oppress other races. In fact the aboriginal flag was more about unity of the aboriginal people then anything.
I have nothing against whites being proud of their race, just I dismiss that opinion as irrelevant when they refuse to accept or even contemplate the disgusting crimes it has been responsible for.
They certianly have nothing to be proud of when it comes to Australia.
