I am on a pension and
with me its always bills paid first.with others its bills never paid at all.
I'm the same, whether I'm working or not.
And when I'm not, I've found that the voluntary CentrePay system
works well, and I know the bills are always paid.
Pensioners can use CentrePay, too, if they wish.
No, it won't work if you/they don't use it.

No, thanks! I'm more than capable of managing my money myself.
