At least when Gillard promised a price on carbon without a tax, she believed she would have the numbers in the house to deliver her promise.

Well I have said, people have this uncanny ability to define their anger toward circumstance. As the circumstance of Abbott, if he is lying(unknown lie at this stage) about the 5% which does not concern me, then my anger will be uncannily not be directed toward something that does not bother me nor impacts me.

As for Gillards lie, well that directly impacts me and is a known lie.
