I dont think - in blair or howards case that it would have been much different with a different party/person in charge. Blair had to be pressured by bush but howard was all gung ho for a war. It doesnt matter though - whoever was in power would have been made to comply with americas wishes.

I dont think you can blame the voters in cases like this though unless war was an election platform. In this age we have a problem. The pollies lie. They lie through their teeth and ppl dont know what they are getting (except a liar).
