Liberals dont deny climate change as it changes all the time and always has. Liberals believe that a little we can do for the environment is a good thing but neither environment nor economy should be destoyed by the other, or for some loony failed environmentalist ideal that is not based on empirical evidence but is based on failed models.
I'm from the far
left of politics, however, I pretty much agree with everything in this post.
Nobody
denies that climate change happens.
Nobody
denies that AGW is the currently accepted hypothesis.
However, it's just that - a
hypothesis - and the reliance on tree rings, ice cores and multiproxy reconstructions makes it a dubious hypothesis at best.
By all means take some steps to reduce emission levels (as a means of insurance), however, don't destroy the economy to do it and don't persist in fear mongering.
