I did not say do nothing
But in Israel we are classed as developing country and we are only 0.1% so we do not matter.
We still do some things but it is not a priority for us.
Big countrys must act before we do.
Why do people living in poverty have to cut back their lifestyles, while those that over consume, in first world nations, ramp up their lifestyles and carbon pollution even more.
Like to explain your logic?
Who is saying first world and third world nations?
You know my country is class by UN as 'developing country' so no i do not think this way thank you.
I say that the worst polluters can make a difference.
A country (first world) - Australia pollution 0.13%.
A country (third world) - Israel pollution 0.1%.
If we stop all pollution we stop 0.23%.
Our total pollution is just less than 1% of China's pollution.
So my friend who can make a difference?
The country who pollutes 30% of the world total or the country who does 0.1%.
It is simply mathematics.
