falah,

Isn't it true that it is ISLAM and moslems, who are making all of the threats, and that moslems are justifying those threats of violence [against non-moslems] using the excuse of, their religious 'piety' ?
Koran 9.123            Koran 9.111            Koran 9.29

pious = = devoutly religious.

Isn't it ISLAM and moslems, who are threatening to muder all non-moslems [if non-moslems refuse to allow moslems to impose ISLAMIC law in our non-moslem societies] ?

falah,

Isn't it true that moslems can 'righteously' kill non-moslems, whenever killing non-moslems is done to help make Allah's religion superior in the land [i.e. 'fighting in Allah's cause'] ?

Isn't it true that the never ending moslem 'struggle' against non-moslems is a 'righteous' 'struggle', even when that 'struggle' will include moslem violence against non-moslems ?

Isn't it true that moslems intend to use force [violence] to impose ISLAMIC law upon all non-moslems, at a future moment, when the time is suited to moslems, at the 'opportune' moment ?

falah,

Are moslems justified in making war against non-moslems, because they are non-moslems ?
Koran 2.98            Koran 4.74-76            Koran 47:8-11

Are moslems justified in killing non-moslems, if non-moslems resist moslems who are seeking to impose ISLAMIC law, in host societies, where moslems reside as cultural guests ?

The 'multicultural' chooks are coming home to roost in Germany......

Google;
"Germany: Islamic supremacist calls for murder of members of anti-Sharia party"

falah,

If moslems murder Germans who are of members of an anti-Sharia party, WOULD THAT BE A RIGHTEOUS KILLING, by moslems, in the 'cause of Allah' ???

Was there anything in the passage I referred to about killing people?

Quote:
(Jesus said) "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the way of the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
Matthew 5:17

Freeliar what is "the Law" in the Biblical sense? Does it not cover all the commands to kill from Old Testament?

Let's face it, Kony may be a murderer but at least, unlike you, he is honest about the Bible.

I would expect it is the ten commandments. Jesus outlines very clearly in that same passage what the 'religious' punishment is - the same punishment you promote for men who rape their wives and slaves.

In any case, I would not be so silly as to tell people what their beliefs are. If you want to know Falah, try asking them instead. Most people are not ashamed of their beliefs and are happy to tell you about them.

That is not how 'the Law' was understood by adherents of the Bible in the time of Jesus Freeliar.

The 'Law' was understood to be all the commands by God in the Bible - which includes the death penalty for a number of crimes including being disobedient to your parents.

sob,

Are you another one, who does not comprehend the English language ?

Quote:
A covenant is an agreement made between two party's.

I am not Jewish,......

http://www.ozpolitic.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1337382690/59#59

Yes, Leviticus is in the OT.

I have to abide by God's law.

If i sin against God's law, God will destroy me.

Ezekiel 18:4
Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

What is God's law ???

God's law, is the law of righteousness.

Matthew 6:33
.....seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;....

Jeremiah 9:23
Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:
24  But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

n.b.
Loving kindness, righteousness AND, judgement.

What is 'righteousness' ?

"And what is good, Phaedrus? And what is not good? Need we ask anyone to tell us these things?"

Plato
and found in, Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance

But what is 'righteousness' ?

Just like everyone else [here], i have been given the freedom to make [moral] choices in this life.

What is 'righteousness' ?

That is our responsibility, we choose to know good, OR, we choose to know evil.

It is a simple choice.

We merely have to choose to seek the light [truth], or, choose to KNOW the darkness [i.e. seeking to act just as you please [i.e. lawlessness], all the while seeking to avoid responsibility for the consequences of your choices].

And seeking to avoid responsibility for the consequences of our choices, is what people who love lawlessness tend to do,        i.e. >> CRIMINALS<<.

'lawlessness'
???

Galatians 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

God hates lawlessness [in men] !

And he will not tolerate it, in us.

Psalms 5:4
For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

If you are a person who chooses lawlessness, in this life, God will destroy you.

+++

Daniel 12:10
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Isaiah 48:10
Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Revelation 21:7
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Exactly K.       Grin

Be careful what you ask for.          Wink

Eh ?

In our journey here, we either come to love God, and his righteousness,      OR,       we choose the world.

The vast majority of mankind, will choose this world, and what it offers.

Death [....ultimately].

Okay yadda. If you ant to be that way.

Quote:

Speaking of comprehension the question was about whether it was OT or NT. Obviously i knew it was in the bible.

I did not memorise all the chapter names. I bet you dont know all the chapter names either but you would know which are OT and NT if you only are bound by 1 of them.

Quote:

I read them I didnt memorise them. As I pointed out @ the beginning I dont know which bits are figurative and which are literal. This is why I am asking you the questions.

Now that I addressed your pathetic attempt @ diversion can you tell me what I want to know?

Okay. Then you are not bound by the OT except for the 10 commandments right?

Do you believe you have to kill or "stone" anyone in your religion?
