The first incarnation of star trek was done in the 60s and there was only the 1 significant non-white human. AFter that they became more common though and you should watch DS9 sometime or Voyager.

I understand what you're saying. I think Wesley and MM and Soren are assholes for trying to make you feel you don't have a valid point.

You are saying you dont want ethnically or culturally segregated enclaves located in certain locations? You are saying that cultures should be able to mix freely together while still celebrating and sharing the things that make them unique?

If you are, I agree. That's the way it should be. There are reasons it doesn't work, but that would be ideal.

They think they're smarter than you - they're not. They've just had more practice at this.
