Lots of controversy going on about this ATM. Crap on TV and in america they have those trials going on. Also Bush got done for war crimes in malaysia. Should torture be done away with completely or is it acceptable?

This effects us too. Remember that hicks fellow. Besides if the yanks are allowed to do it who knows what a slimy pollie like abbot or gillard might do if they get their hands on what they think is a bonafide "terrorist".

Firstly, wouldn't defining "torture" be worthwhile?

I mean, science is all about definitions!

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

Ahhhhh . . ..  the waterboarding debate.

Well I was just thinking along the lines of what we normally accept as torture but I guess it does need a definition. IMO burning a holy book is not torture.
