I really dont think that many are getting through the security @ the airports. ASIO tracks them down too when they skip out on their return and deports them back to where they came from.

Its a new world coming into view...not quite the one the maggots envisaged - I love it...I see people becoming entirely energy self sufficient soon which will really root up the dream of an emissions trading scheme...!  Corporations are no longer relevant or beneficial to the modern economy, they are a handicap... Maybe you should read your fact sheet and you will find it is not a legal document ...

I think you'll find that the documents the fact sheet refers to are.

" ... under Article 14 of the 1948 Universal declaration of human rights, everyone has the right to seek asylum and the 1951 Refugee Convention prohibits states from imposing penalties ... "

In case you don't believe me:

"The 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees is the key legal document in defining who is a refugee, their rights and the legal obligations of states."

http://www.unhcr.org/pages/49da0e466.html

"The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is generally agreed to be the foundation of international human rights law. Adopted in 1948, the UDHR has inspired a rich body of legally binding international human rights treaties."

"International human rights law lays down obligations which States are bound to respect. By becoming parties to international treaties, States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfil human rights. "

A right to seek asylum (ie temporary protection) is NOT the same as a right to permanent re-settlement.
