Big Brother auditions hit Sydney
Auditions for Big Brother were held in Sydney this weekend seeing 2,000 Sydneysiders, with dreams of gaining national TV stardom, answering the call.
Sonia Kruger will be hosting the reality TV show, which is to air later this year, but admits she does not know what to expect.
'Big Brother has deliberately cut me out of the loop in terms of (the) planning and the structure of the actual show,' Kruger told Nine News.
The producers of Big Brother Australia definitely hope to keep the show interesting and full of surprises yet insist that they are looking for more than just loud personalities.
'We're looking for warmth, we're looking for intelligence, we're looking for humour,' says Big Brother executive producer Alex Mavroidakis.
The next round of auditions is set to take place in Penrith.
