I understand the Government is going to leave no stone unturned to ensure Australia's homeless, elderly, impoverished, disabled and needy are well cared for first before they go spending on others in need.  Of course they are, and they will make sure the highest standards of justice, accountability and transparency in policy making decisions is adhered to... Homeless people should put down the bottle..clean themselves up and get a job
