Uncle Meat, I spent a fair bit of time in Surry Hills working at the 'Old Hat Factory' - the old C.I.B. So, I am familiar with the area.

Now running off your logo I'd bet that you are white (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

What I would like to see Uncle Meat, is you walk though the streets of Redfern with a wallet full of money late on a Saturday night with an Ipod in your hands.

I'd just like to be there at the other end to see how things turned out for you.

I'm from Sydney. I know what Redfern is like.

However, that has nothing to do with the racist OP: there was no need to mention race in the OP. None at all.

Now, saying that doesn't mean that I think Aboriginals don't commit crime: quite the opposite. I've seen what some of them can do. I've experienced it. I've also seen what some white people can do.

However, that's all irrelevant. Mentioning race in the OP was a low life racist act. Pure and simple.

Police should be held to a certain level of accountability.....You cannot hold the public to a higher standard than police officers who carry deadly weapons.....I accept Police do a hard job and deserve the support of the public but they must also act within the law they are sworn to uphold.....If Police cannot act within the law they are no better than criminals themselves!!!
