Yes.  And another curious thing is that the letter "h" is always in lower case but the other letters are all in upper case.

Maybe not.  I have seen some fonts that have an upper case "N" shaped like that.  I was assuming that was what it was, as it is the same height as the other capital letters. Then again, it was only an assumption on my part - I could be wrong.
