Tell an old dog about Ultrasonic cleaning Tolerator...you've got me interested.

Hmmm...all I know is transducers in the tank emit waves which create bubbles in your liquid which "explode" and take all the gunk off with it.  It's what they use in mining labs to remove the flux, and they use em in jewellery stores too.

The beauty is they only take a few minutes to clean to new condition.  the downside is it'll cost you $700+ depending on size of the tank.

But can you really put a price on having clean sparkling jewellery?

The bubbles actually "implode" and that is what sucks the gunk out.

Just a word of warning - Keep opals and pearls out of ultrasonic cleaners and don't soak them in sugar soap either.  Just a quick scrub with an old toothbrush and some warm soapy water and rinse and dry them straight away.  Smiley
