Gillard Must Lead Labor Into 2013 Election
Mar 27th, 2012 at 5:28pm

And I reckon she will not win majority, yet she will gain ground on Labor's 2010 position.

Who else reckons with me, Labor's tide is about to turn.

I agree with you Greens-win ... there will come a day when abbot can no longer get away with 'we don't need to explain we are not the government', and the truth will come out and bite him on the arse ....

It's time to turn attention to governing and policy building and explaining. Time for less attention on the opposition. They don't deserve it.

It must be all about Labor, Greens and the Independents.

best things Ive heard today. Since you've never yet gotten a political prediction correct then this one is on track to be devastatingly wrong as well.

still crying about the Greens LAME performance in QLD?

I can see Labors position improving dramatically but not by enough to win the next election.

The Liberals and Lib supporting media are onto a winner with their relentless attacks - it doesn't need to be true just persistent.

Don't forget the health rebate, and of course, her consistently saying that she was a loyal deputy.

SHe broke her promise on the CT. no one (but you) disputes that

I was saying that she broke her promise when everyone else were insisting that she had done something else entirely. You all were disputing exactly that - not me.

A really foolish comment LW - you (and others) were disputing that gillard had broken her promise when it was exactly what I was saying had happened.

She broke her promise on pokies.

Yes she did.

One day I might post part of the responce I got to the emails I sent various ministers over that one. I was truely disgusted and will not be voting for Labor over that decision.

go ahead and post them. I despise pokies but Wilkie was the wrong person to push for them. he was far too weak and naive to ever get his plan through. and even now he still supports her demonstrating that he really CAN be pushed around. His electorate might as ell have elected a labor MP insteadl  come to think of it.... they did!

I agree that Gillard must lead labor to the next election it is critical for the party and for a sense of democracy for the electorate, after all they understand so little about what is actually going on they need the small things to hold on to.

How ever i do not agree that labor can win or even have a balance any more. I had thought they could turn it around but the stupidity within the party has gone on to long and now people are prepared to vote for a complete idiot for PM in Abbott because they don't understand and labor couldn't read a children's book to them convincingly.

Is that anything like Abbott knifing Turnbull and going against his parties policies and the 07 election result, or is it akin to his spraying labor about tax and then proposing to introduce a GREAT BIG TAX ON BUSINESS himself.
