Incinerators Reduce Waste

An incinerator out the back was always a good way of reducing household waste and recycling, sometimes the old ways are the wisest. Cool

No you are just transferring the waste from one state to a more dangerous and damaging one.

Maybe for some things, but not waste disposal.  Polluting the air with excessive amounts of particulates is not a very good idea.

You seem to have a rather tenuous grip on reality.

I fail to see why we sane people should be forced to table sound options and change our way of life because you liberals want to build up a massive population.  Stop trying to inconvenience us with your personal political agendas.  Its time for you liberals to mind your own business and stop interfering in our lives through the Government.  Stop forcing your beliefs, your concerns and your passions on people who dont agree and dont care. Cool

Better to dedicate ever-increasing swaths of land to landfill?  I don't think so.

I'm sorry, but I disagree.  I rather like the idea of being able to breathe the air.

And we can always look for ways to reduce the amount of waste we produce.

Well it’s not good but it is a hell of a lot better than incineration.
With land fill the dangerous chemicals that get released instantly through incineration take thousands-millions of years to get into the environment.

Riiiiight, someone burning off their household rubbish prevents you from breathing.  If that's the case I'd hate to see what the combustion at your local recycling plant would do to you.

Nnnno I don't think I am.
If you've over extended yourself on that last claim, that's OK.  Just don't do it again.
