GILLARD'S flying start - Kill the Solar Rebate

Not bad, day one as the unquestioned numero uno, JULIAR GILLARD pulls the plug on the solar rebate.

After all the wind bagging she has done to get her Carbon Tax over the line 'To save the world and all of the universe' she does a big one eighty on the Solar Rebate.

Just goes to show you what a bunch of bullsh'.t this Carbon Tax is.

There's money and lots of it in the Carbon Tax but nothing but debt in the solar rebate for the Government, so f..k the planet and forget about a rebate you suckers!

Good one Julia, good to see you haven't lost that losing touch.

Why?
Because as a company we have an oligation to our shareholders to not waste their money and spend it sensibly whilst also ensuring our employees are flying in the correct comfort if travelling for work reasons.

It's called best practice.

Yet politicians have no care at all for how our money is spent.

It was business for flights over 8 hours in ours last time I checked although I think they made it unlimited at some stage. Have to improve the bottom line y'know! No reason why execs can't fly cattle class. Let 'em squeal!

funny I thought that was what the CARBON TAX was going to be spent on??? again.. isnt that the object of all this mining tax?????

You also must be talking about China's solar industry that is well established?
Funny...I thought there was some level of urgency...end of the world...apocalyptic doom...that sort of thing...reason for us moving forward with the Carbon Tax ahead everybody else.
Fantastic that now you tell me we have many, many years to invent, test, develop new technologies, build the prototypes, iron out all the bugs...and then sell them overseas.
