This is illegal industrial action, and I DONT support it in the least.

If an employer ignore fairwork and does their own thing, they get massive fines, if the workers ignore it they want support.

Basically, patients are getting screwed over by the illegal actions of these workers.

Get back to work, and sort it out the right, fair and legal way.

Only some of the nurses are walking off - safety levels are kept adequate, in many cases they are going to similar numbers to what the employer wants to impliment.

Funny that the government are saying that it is unsafe when the numbers are similar to what they are trying to make the norm.

And the people who have been on waiting lists for months on end have their operations cancelled.

Yeah, sounds really fair, not to mention illegal.

I hope fairwork throws the book at them.  You cant decide to play by the rules of the industrial umpire only when it suits you.

Ja Signature....You were security and you were nosing into the private business of Nurses' payslips? What did they fly up into your face so you could read them, you nosey bugger. Geez  you really take the cake.

O.K. now from an ex cop let's' have some specifics, what hospital, who was paying the wages?

How, when, where, why, Ja Signature. If you want to build a case against the nurses; then ante up with specifics which can be 'checked out'.

Why is it I smell a rat in Denmark.

Funny thing about Karma.

Just what if, you were in a hospital and the nurses were being rushed off their feet because of the craphouse nurse patient ratio and you missed out on vital meds and went into a coma?

The nurses are striking over patient welfare you idiot and you could well be the patient, if you happened to have a road accident in Victoria.

Just what if Ja Signature.
