chook, from what I've gleaned from your previous posts I suspect that you understand quite well that it's never safe to turn boats around. Which means that Phoney Tony is being exactly that - a liar and a phoney. He knows as well as anyone that it's never safe. He knows it better than most because he was a government minister in a government that actually tried it and failed.

So he wouldn't turn back a single boat. Not one.

It's a shame you righties either don't have the comprehension skills to understand this simple fact or else completely lack the integrity to admit it.

And please... turn them north. What a joke! I've asked you before - what will you do when they don't turn north? Think you want to have a stab at answering that this time?
