The current Liberal policy is to turn back 100% of the boats
Jesus if you had half a brain you would still be plankton.
THAT IS NOT THE POLICY.
you have to excuse DNA. since the labor party lost its way a couple years back, so did he. Once a reasonable poster, he is now nothing more than a cheersquad member for Gillard.
The liberal policy was legal and effective and no amount of misquoting of stats or blatant lying will change that. the moment Rudd messed with it if fell apart. An every attempt by Gillard to repair the problem has been embarrassingly incompetent, humiliating and as usual, a complet fiasco. Only this red-haired twit could consider sending them to malaysia to be flogged as a solution, especially when they send us 5 times as many as we send them. tru stupidty, labor style. and defended to the hilt by dna.

Why did abbott initially offer to assist changing the Legislation to allow off shore processing again.
A major part of the decision discussed the treatment of children and found it not legal to off shore children.
There were many children on Nauru.
The vast legal consensus is that Nauru is no longer viable under the current legal framework - even Mr Abbott has moved on from Nauru as an option with his turn 100% of the boats back policy - after blocking legislative change to allow any off shore processing he had little other option.
defended to the hilt by dnaRubbish I have consistently opposed off shore processing and do not support Malaysia - it is as bad as Nauru as you can see I stated above.
Obviously saying this is in your opinion defending it to the hilt?
The only point I make is that it would work just as Nauru did, a Horible unfair disgraceful solution - but it would work. Also that the current position is that Tony Abbott is the person blocking the use of any off shore processing. He is clearly opposing his own prefered policy for political gain.
