With the Greens in control of a hostile Senate Abbott would have had to impliment a carbon pollution solution that pleased the Greens just as Julia had to.
I suppose that means that Abbott would have had to change policies to keep power just as Julia did or call a DD and end up with even more Greens in the Senate  Grin

Its called "Get the F#(K out of my way or I'll call a double dissolution on you!" policy

I dare Bob Brown to vote against it - MAKE MY DAY!

Yep..people that vote Green will change their mind and vote for the coalition come a DD  Grin
Green voters just looooove Abbott  Grin

See - even you acknowledge the Greens will lose votes

yep..thats what I was saying  ;
but first Abbott has to beat Rudd at the next election Grin

Oppositions don't win elections, governments lose them.
And Labor will stand on it's record at the next election, and it will make no diffference to the outcome whether it's KRudd or Juliar at the helm.

Lets see what happens when the Abbott starts releasing policies and costings.
Until then all we have is his unprofessional behaviour to go on.

Balanced against 5 years of Labor incompetence, waste, mismanagement and lies.
Puts things in perspective eh. Smiley

At least Labor didnt invade another country based on lies or create a multi billion dollar pollie superannuation slush fund in that 5 yrs.

No, but they did invade another country eh. Smiley
1991 - 1st Gulf War.
And our troops are still in Afghanistan today.
Feel better. Smiley

Dolly Disease just can't comprehend that Miss Gillard's supporters are defending their heroine in a blatantly sexist way by saying that Miss Gillard can't help being dumb and incompetent because Miss Gillard is not a man.

It is really quite a clever sexist twist on words conjured up by those few Laborites who are still faithful to the red witch.

Dolly Disease and Juliar?

You wouldn't know what a clever twist on words was if it smacked you in the face. Your insults are the same as I hear used in the playground at my local primary school.

But keep trying.
