Never said they preferenced them in all seats, i said they preferenced them in 14 CRITICAL seats, the ones that won them the election.

If the greens did not fully support labor in destroying the MV then they would not have supported labor at all and labor would NOT have won the election. And federal labor would not have had to step in and over-ride state labor and the greens to save the valley.

This is not a red herring it goes to the very core of greens values, which is, they will ALWAYS choose politics over the environment.

You may choose to ignore that basic fact, but you and the greens don't matter to us Queenslanders when it comes to saving our environment.

The greens are all talk and no action, they are irrelevant

Greens are not a single issue party and so decide preferences on a range of issues.
Greens new the Mary Valley dam would not proceed and have been proven correct.

Why throw the baby out with the bath waters when the LNP wants to unleash nukes on Queensland.

Did you really expect Greens to support Nukes in Queensland via preferencing the LNP over Labor?

That would be a LIE! The greens knew nothing of the sort, no-one knew what federal labor was going to do; so stop covering up this despicable action by the greens against the people of QLD.

I don't recall the LNP stating the were going to 'unleash nukes' on the state of QLD, but I have only lived here my whole life. They did want to have a discussion about nuclear power, but that got knocked on the head by the hysterical extremists.

There is a BIG difference between having a conversation and 'unleashing nukes', well there is if you're an adult.

The extreme left greens.

Equality for all, an Australian Bill of Right, Grass root democracy ... extreme left to the hardest of hard righters only.

One world government commie.

If your commie party were serious, they would give out a document so profound, a constitution if you will, that people can read and make up their own mind how water tight it is and how profound it is.

Other than that, it is just commie wishful thinking.

Unlike the hardest of hard right in the old parties to the right, Greens don't dictate. Greens are the architects of thinking new ways and then in conjunction with the People, Greens then move ideas forward.

i.e Marriage Equality ... Very Fast Train ... Lifting Pensioners out of Poverty ... Free Dental ... Lifting the Unemployed ... Bringing our troops home from Afghanistan and so on.

So it stays commie  wishful thinking or just plain stupidity. I go the former although the latter would be part of that.

Unlike the Hard Righters ... Greens have these up their sleeves.

We know this is a thorn in the spineless hard righter's side.

Wow, the greens have policies.  Roll Eyes

On line, and available to anyone interested in educating themselves.

meanwhile ask a question of the hard right about their policies ...  and we get : nada , nilch : NOTHING !

Are all those policies costed?

How did they fair on the green budget?

Would the greens be in deficit or surplus on their policies?

Do your own homework and stop expecting to be spoon feed.

So what you are saying is the greens only have 2 policies. I thought you greens had little man syndrome, but I didn't realise it was this bad.

I might have to ask again but highlight differently.

Like I said ... stop be lazy and do your own home work.

Well well well, looky what we have here. I will continue to ask this question just to remind people that the greens costing will bankrupt Australia because the little party are not up to costing their expensive looking policies.

lol what a shame all it comes down to is costing and the failure of a party (as it does).

Australians should be able to have confidence in the promises made at election time by all sides of politics, Greens Leader Bob Brown said today.

"The 1998 Charter of Budget Honesty provides an important transparency and accountability mechanism for Australian voters, but it fails if Joe Hockey carries through his threat that the Opposition will not submit their policies for costing," Senator Brown said in Canberra.

"With the establishment of the Parliamentary Budget Office, which is part of the Greens' agreement with the Labor government, all political parties should have their policies costed. Voters deserve to know the cost of policies. Tasmania, for instance, requires political parties to submit a fiscal statement during the election period."

"The Greens propose that all election commitments with a cost of more than $100 million be submitted to the PBO or Treasury for costing and we are seriously considering the proposal from former NSW Auditor-General Tony Harris that parties who refuse to have their policies costed lose their public funding."

"The Greens will be considering the suggestion made by Mr Hockey that the PBO can continue to provide confidential costings during an election campaign, although any publicly released policy must have its costing made public."

http://greens.org.au/content/costings-should-be-mandatory-greens

Come on slacko, do your own homework ...

Would the greens be in deficit or surplus on their policies?

Better off than Liberal's last election's black hole

Treasury wipes $10b off Lib costings

surely even you dont really believ that do you? The greens dont dictate policy??? we have a carbon tax that is hated by the vast majority of voters which exists soley because the Greens dictated it.

Incorrect. We have a Carbon Price because Mr No refused to negotiate with labor and so empowered Greens.

The Carbon Price is Abbott's fault.

that is BEYOND idiotic. what you are saying is that if libs had supported Gillard in her carbon tax then there would be no carbon tax?? even by your lamentable standards, that is stupid.

Like you guys are now realising, Greens are king/queen makers, because of their all seeing and rational thinking power.

NO they did not, as far as the greens and state labor were concerned it was a go, everyone in QLD thought that and were waiting for the destruction to come thanks to the greens.

The greens knew even less about the LNP other than what the rest of us knew.

YOU are full of sh1t, trying to lie your way out of the green's grub political tactics.

But if you have any actual evidence to support your lies, feel free to present it.

If you can't, Ill continue to call you a liar and a greens party stooge.

Here is the LNP's policy on energy, pls point out where it states they intend to 'unleash nukes'

I am not going to tell you our sources ... get a life.

Greens are spot on on issues ... and for a reason. We do our home work, and we do it properly.

Un-friken-believable

To avoid admitting the truth, you now claim that the greens have secret squirrels feeding the party secret information on the LNP and federal labor.  Grin

The greens super spys have uncovered the following 'information'

That Federal labor was going to kybosh the Traviston dam, even before federal labor got the environmental impact statements or it became an issue for federal labor.

That the LNP was going to build nuclear power plants in QLD without taking it to the people or having any policy on the matter what-so-ever.

You people need to get a big dose of reality by the next election, your super spys have been giving you some dogy information so far.

Commie Bob Brown ?

... only to the hardest of hard, hard righter, could the centre left Greens leader be considered a communist by.

Bringing our troops home from Afghanistan and so on.

surely even you dont really believ that do you? The greens dont dictate policy??? we have a carbon tax that is hated by the vast majority of voters which exists soley because the Greens dictated it.

Incorrect. We have a Carbon Price because Mr No refused to negotiate with labor and so empowered Greens.

The Carbon Price is Abbott's fault.

that is BEYOND idiotic. what you are saying is that if libs had supported Gillard in her carbon tax then there would be no carbon tax?? even by your lamentable standards, that is stupid.

If Liberals had worked with Labor, Labor would not have been so relient on the Greens.

It is Liberal's fault, Labor relies on Greens' support so much.

if you had backed Labor, there would be no Carbon Tax now.

Shame Liberals, Shame.

You have provided NO evidence to back up your claims (again) so this churlish behaviour is what you end up resorting to.

You are a liar and stooge, everything you say is greens party spin.

But I do like your use of greens party secret agents (GAYSIO)  to avoid providing any evidence or substance to your argument; it's like arguing with a 5 yr old.  Grin
