Be fair Frances, nobody mass murders willy nilly. As there's only one human 'race', it's not about race so much as identity politics. Nazis identified those as 'other' which best suited their purpose. So did/do the Communists. Often they were the same people, Anarchists, Gypsies, Jews, the over educated, the under educated...

Lets be frank, its the political class of which Julia Gillard, Tony Abbott and bob Brown are at the head of and the Banking and Corporate Class who bring about dictatorships, wars and they mass murder who and when it suits them economically. Their corruption is peerless. Cool
