Now being one of the multitude of Greens' grassroot supporters, have implied towards me that I am a communist.

First thing I usually say to this is no I am not a communist.

Second, where is the insult that you imply.

So, what is wrong with being a member, or a supporter of communistic ideas in Australia?

People are scared of the communists because of a scare campaign thats been going on for a century now.

The basic core of the communist society is actually pretty good and if you could get it implemented in a fair way it would do wonders for society.
But it depends on the state being fair and non corrupt which is virtually impossible.

We live in a dictatorship right now tho..

just when I thought you couldnt be stupider you applaud communism.

Its almost as if the soviet and chinese experiences had never happened...

you truly are a fool's fool.

Your talking about repressive dictatorships run by psychopathic murderers hell bent on genocide..not Communism

Its like saying the peoples democratic republic of Congo is democratic just because some mad man put it in the title.

well said. communism was naive and based on the fundamental goodness and altruism of people - except of course there is no such thing.

people who lived under it hated communism. to think that there are people who think it is a good poltiical model is staggering. only the truly stupid could do that.
